Groups of homeomorphisms and the properties of simplicity, finite generation, finite presentation and (left)-orderability

Research

I work broadly in the area of geometric group theory. Some of my work involves constructing examples of groups with novel combinations of properties. I'm also interested in the Boone-Higman Conjecture and variants of finite generation.
